1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of greatpoint.us, JobMate (jobmate.services), and WorkupScribe (workupscribe.com), each operated by Great Point Inc ("GreatPoint," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of services
- JobMate — job management software for solo tradespeople and small trade businesses, covering scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and payments.
- WorkupScribe — an ambient AI medical scribe that generates structured clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and ICD-10/CPT coding suggestions, for use by licensed clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- GreatPoint client services — custom software, AI, automation, cloud, and ERP engineering work delivered under separate statements of work.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. WorkupScribe accounts are intended for licensed clinicians, clinical staff, and authorized healthcare organization personnel.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
JobMate is offered with a 14-day free trial; no payment card is required to begin the trial. Following the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
WorkupScribe is billed per clinician on a subscription basis, starting from the pricing published at workupscribe.com. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as separately agreed in writing.
We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the applicable product after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use JobMate or WorkupScribe for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code of our products; (c) upload data you are not authorized to submit, including PHI submitted without proper patient consent or a required Business Associate Agreement; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our products; or (e) resell or sublicense access to JobMate or WorkupScribe without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
GreatPoint retains all right, title, and interest in and to JobMate, WorkupScribe, greatpoint.us, and all associated software, models, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our products beyond the limited license to use them as described here.
7. Your content & license
You retain ownership of the data you submit to JobMate (such as job, customer, and invoice records) and WorkupScribe (such as encounter audio and resulting clinical documentation). You grant GreatPoint a limited license to process that data solely to provide, maintain, and support the applicable product, consistent with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement.
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
WorkupScribe uses artificial intelligence to draft clinical documentation and coding suggestions. AI-generated notes, summaries, and coding suggestions are drafts only and must be reviewed, corrected as needed, and approved by a qualified clinician before being relied upon or entered into a patient's official medical record. GreatPoint does not practice medicine and WorkupScribe is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment. GreatPoint is not responsible for clinical decisions made in reliance on unreviewed AI-generated output.
9. HIPAA & Business Associate terms
Where a customer's use of WorkupScribe involves Protected Health Information subject to HIPAA, that customer's use is additionally governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between GreatPoint and the customer, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms as to the handling of PHI. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required patient consent for audio capture and for their own compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws.
10. Third-party services
Our products may integrate with or rely on third-party services (such as cloud infrastructure and payment processors). GreatPoint is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.
11. Disclaimers & warranties
JobMate, WorkupScribe, and greatpoint.us are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement (including a BAA).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreatPoint's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of JobMate, WorkupScribe, or greatpoint.us will not exceed the amount you paid to GreatPoint for the applicable product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. GreatPoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GreatPoint harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of JobMate or WorkupScribe, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including data-privacy and healthcare-privacy law.
14. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. GreatPoint may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as needed to protect the security or integrity of our products.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and, where required by a Business Associate Agreement or applicable law, by direct notice to affected customers.
